Happy Friday! Here in Vancouver we have Monday off, our first year to have a stat holiday in February! What a treat, after a week of SUPER long hours of work I am exhausted and so excited for a little break. I'm with you, both for different reasons.
My bedroom is painted black, with out a lot of contrast I love the feeling, although I do get quite a bit of light that comes in so it never feels dungeon like.

OOoooh, both very glam, but my fav is white and bright. The heavy ornate wooden bed is a great feature adding enough warmth to the room, yet there is still a sense of serenity and calm.
We're on the same boat, Nancy. I also love them both for different reasons. The first bedroom, which is purely white, is light and airy. It has this divine aura that's so spirited. Some people prefer light colored rooms because of their health conditions, as they get dizzy from dark colored rooms. The dark room is perfect for pure relaxation. I'll definitely be hibernating if I rest in that cozy atmosphere.
