{trends of 2012: watercolors}
Have you noticed the beautiful watercolors everywhere? Whether it's wallpaper, artwork, clothing, or fabrics, they are hot hot hot! I love the organic & fluid sense watercolors give, and this is one trend I think we will see more of into the New Year. I'm even hoping to try my hand at a few watercolor paintings for fun!

Just lovely! I'm glad you're doing this trend series.
I love watercolors! It was my favorite medium in art school (and later in design school) and I'm so happy that we'll be seeing a lot of it in 2012. There's something so soft and soothing and romantic about watercolors, don't you think?
I hope to have some next year! I have a small painting Bri from me you and a weiner did for me which I love. That iphone case is definitely on my list of wants!
That is one medium I have not really tried painting with. But love the watery pilows you have featured!

I am such a HUGE fan of watercolors!! so pretty and soft even when using bright colors. LOVE IT!!
Yes and I must say I'm a huge fan. The best part is that all watercolors can be completely original and all different looks which is awesome. Any colors, any styles...I love it! Good eye!
