After seeing the gorgeous dining room in Mr. Goodwill Hunting's guest post yesterday, I knew I had to see more from the interior design firm Atmosphere. And boy am I glad I did! The Saskatchewan-based firm was founded in 2004 by designers Trevor Ciona and Curtis Elmy. I am smitten with their classic and and traditional style with a fabulous contemporary twist. I'll let the rooms speak for themselves:
Seriously ... sconces over the stove? That is amazing!! It's all in the details.
I love love love all the warm metals, touches of glam, and restrained pops of color! Genius. And believe it or not, there is more where that came from, check out the porfolio of Atmosphere Interior Design Inc here.

Holy Dinah, this is amaaaaazing stuff. I love all the dark tones and the gorgeous subtle pattern- oh and that blue velvet sofa- sigh...divine! Thanks for sharing these- really loved every single shot and such a fabulous way to start the day!!
Love love love. It is amazing how the common scheme to all these rooms (black and white)takes on a different look with each room. Love the toile backed chairs in the first picture.
I featured these guys a few weeks ago and was tempted to move out to Saskatoon! seriously gorgeous work.
Can't wait to see more.
HOLY WOW! Seriously glam spaces..thanks for the intro!
Really nice. Black and white is really timeless and never looses it's appeal, except here it was taken a bit further and made even nicer.
So happy you featured Atmosphere, they are amazingly talented, and two of the most genuine people I've met. I have worked with them for the past four years from the conception of our new house through today. We still have a lot more work to do in the decorating arena as we are tackling the house one room at a time (I am chronicling the process of my own blog). Their work is indeed timeless.
I was about to feature them a few weeks ago.
I meant they are still worth it.
This is probably my number one favorite firm of all.

Glamourus, Gorgeous, Elegant, Timelesss just to name a few words that describe what I just saw!!! Kathysue
Lots of inspiration here, Nancy. The dark shades with the massive amounts of clean white makes these spaces feel very cozy and masculine. I think the wallpaper choices are amazing. But you know me...I'd love a little more color! Thanks for introducing us to this fine team.
These are some interiors to be desired!
Ooh ~ lots to like in this glamorous collection of stunning spaces. Yum to all the gold, all the black and white, and all the sophisticated deliciousness that is OOZING out of these rooms.
Oh, and that blue sofa in the first image? To die for!
WOWOWOW!!! I love they use black so effectively for a sultry, sophisticated look but manage to do it without the rooms being too dark and dreary - gorgeous!

I didn't like dark colors before. But the combination with the dark color is awesome and is non-forgettable. The design is really adorable.I can't imagine black can be the part of the home like this.

Great feature! Curtis and Trevor do amazing work. So glamorous but masculine at the same time. The glam-man!? (That kind of has a ring to it.)
Really very fantastic pictures! Thanks very much for sharing classic and traditional style with a fabulous modern twist.
I am absolutely obsessed with Atmosphere interiors! How amazing are their spaces? The wallpaper and fabrics they use are stunning!
Love this so much!
