{house tour: peppermint bliss}
I mentioned yesterday my love for Bailey of Peppermint Bliss' powder room. But really I loved every room in her home {featured in this months issue of Rue}. I think I speak for many people in saying this home was my favorite part of this issue!! It just goes to show that a little dose of creativity and individuality goes a long way. Without further ado ....

Gorgeous! I love the texture and use of pattern! They all have fabulous light fixtures too...
It was sooo my favourite part of the issue- I literally gasped when I first saw it. I adore that green velvet sofa, the Perroquet wallpaper, the closet, the dog wallpaper and the many whimsical touches...I could go on and on. Loved her home.
I love these shots - so original ~ actually was planning similar wall paper in my powered room only instead of animals its silhouette of women in gorgeous outfits!

It was definitely my favorite part of the issue as well. Her whole house was amazingly decorated and I know she is self taught and not only designed the decor but the walls and everything else as well. So impressive!
I feel the exact same way about Bailey's home! Fabulous and whimsical...just like Bailey! LOVE!!!
Love the whimsical touches in her home. My favourite are the chairs in her dining room at the back that have gun silhouettes!
Gorgeous! All of it, love the green couch and the kitchy chairs with the gun!

Thank you for letting me know... I love HomeGoods!! I've subscribed to your blog... I love it :)
don't you love those mirrored pane;s, they look like windows. Just think of the endless possibilities...any room that needed a window you could make one, trim it out, add curtains, whatever...

I AM LOVING THE RED WINDOWS AND CASINGS. ALWAYS BEEN TOO SCARED TO DO THIS, ALWAYS WHITE PAINT. BUT HOW ABOUT COLORED TRIM AROUND A "MIRROR" WINDOW, OR EVEN GROISGRAIN RIBBON. WHAT AM I DOING HERE? I HAVE TO WORK!
